The required age of a new student in the primary section:

Above guidelines for enrollment are subject to the Hijra date published annually by the Ministry of Education of Saudi Arabia concerning age criteria for Grade 1.
For grade (1) students who are less than 5 years 9 months by 90 days must have 2 terms K.G.2 Certificate and will enter admission test in the Ministry of education.
Caution
The child must not have a baby sit problem.
The child must be able to attach his/her basic needs particularly toilet necessities.
The child must be mentally prepared and ready to attend school.
